Hotel Reservation Specialist Main Responsibilities: The Hotel Reservation Specialist is responsible for handling all reservation requests using good listening and communication skills to secure information necessary to complete a reservation. They will have a thorough knowledge of the entire hotel services and facilities, including room rates, outlets, and room locations. The specialist will be familiar with all aspects of the reservation systems and will post advance deposits and keep accurate records of deposits.Key Performance Indicators: Handle all reservation requests in a timely and efficient manner.Maintain accurate records of deposits and payments.Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their accommodations and services.Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum one year experience as a Hotel Reservation Agent in a 5-star hotel, along with a high school degree.
