Luxury Hotel Reservations Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our Revenue Department, you will play a vital role in handling bookings and ensuring the maximum number of guests' requests and reservations are met.Your primary responsibility will be to review daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance from segment and source, system close-out when necessary and rate availability. Additionally, you will ensure clients satisfaction and adherence to Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental service standards by following internal credit policy, conducting follow-up on lost business, spot-checking reservations made the previous day, checking all VIP arrivals and testing calls LQA / IFH results
