Dining Experience Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Hostess to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely service, and maintaining a smooth running operation.To work closely with colleagues to achieve excellent teamwork and ensure seamless guest experiences.To understand and adhere to all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures regarding guest service, operations, and personal discipline.To deliver every guest interaction in a friendly and welcoming manner.To maintain professional telephone etiquette and have a perfect understanding of reservations policies and procedures.To be well-versed in the services offered in the restaurant and throughout the hotel.To greet and seat guests in the restaurant with warmth and friendliness, setting the tone for a welcoming hospitality experience.To ensure the front or restaurant is always covered, and the entrance is as welcoming and attractive as possible.To check each table to ensure it's clean and fully set up before any guests are seated.To gather feedback from guests on their experience, addressing any problems promptly and sharing concerns with outlet managers.To assist with service whenever needed and contribute to a positive working environment.To work effectively in a Cashier function and closing tables.Requirements: High School diploma required Previous experience in a similar position for at least 1 year is essential Luxury hotel experience is mandatory Passion for delivering exceptional service Excellent team player with great communication skills Additional Information: Willingness to relocate to a remote area Remote Work: No Employment Type: Full-time
