Personalized Guest Experience Coordinator We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personalized Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized services to ensure an exceptional experience.Greet and acknowledge guests warmly and professionally.Supervise and manage a team of coordinators, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless guest experiences.Train, coach, and mentor coordinators to deliver exceptional service.Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, attending to their needs promptly and efficiently.Provide personalized services, including event planning, transportation arrangements, and reservation management.Manage guest preferences and ensure accurate recording in our system, communicating with relevant departments as needed.Comply with all hotel and company policies, including Health & Safety, HACCP, grooming standards, punctuality, and quality standards.Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and F&B departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Maintain guest privacy and security, proactively managing operations to prevent any issues.Coordinate with departments for room refreshments and amenities.Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the guest experience department.Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.Keep guest floors and coordinators' areas clean, tidy, and stocked.Update guest registration details and file all documentation properly.Report requests, work orders, and issues via our internal communication system.Prepare comprehensive itineraries based on guest preferences and needs.Promote our hotel's services to guests.Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.Handle cashiering transactions per hotel policies.Possess comprehensive knowledge of the hotel and its services.Build rapport with VIP guests, recognizing individual needs and preferences.Upsell and cross-sell rooms, suites, villas, and outlets.Attend daily briefing sessions.Coordinate laundry, pressing, shoe shining, packing, unpacking, and special occasion services.Deliver amenities, gifts, and newspapers upon request.Support senior management and perform assigned duties.Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma.At least 1 year of experience in Front Office operations.Luxury hotel experience is required.A passion for delivering exceptional service.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Additional Information This role requires relocation to a remote area.Employment Type This is a full-time position.
