Our client is a Consultancy seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving organizational performance through effective talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
Build and lead a high-performing HR team capable of delivering exceptional results.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Partner with senior leadership to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and implement improvements.
Manage HR budget and resources effectively.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record in HR leadership with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the complexities of the Consulting sector. Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
