Overview

Aramco has been mandated to implement a Maritime strategy across the kingdom and is seeking a Financial Analyst to support this important initiative. This role supports the Finance Director in defining and implementing the finance strategy; providing financial advisory, business consulting services and decision support to various business lines; and will be involved in high-profile, industry-changing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Financial modeling and business support in due diligence.
Business/investment analysis pertaining to capital projects, asset divestment, service outsourcing, contract evaluation.
Business/asset valuation.
Feasibility/operational studies.
Business and investment analysis.
Finance and accounting advisory.
Business integration support for subsidiaries, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.
Special studies to support strategic initiatives and thought leadership.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or similar; a graduate degree and professional finance certifications, such as ACCA, CIMA and/or CMA are desirable.
At least three years' relevant professional experience, having achieved subject matter expertise within at least on industry.
Ability to establish personal credibility with work collaboratively with various internal clients.
Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
Team player, with the ability to plan work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated strategy, corporate finance, and accounting skills, including the ability to evaluate both industry and individual company information.
Good project management skills.
Proven ability to offer logical and innovative solutions to complex client issues.
Ability and willingness to travel as required.
