As a Consultant/Specialist Radiation Oncologist at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating cancer patients using radiation therapy. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating patients' medical history, conducting thorough examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. You will develop personalized treatment plans and administer radiation therapy with precision and care.   • Evaluate patients' medical history, perform comprehensive examinations, and order diagnostic tests
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and diagnosis
  • Administer radiation therapy using advanced technologies and treatment modalities
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive cancer care
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in radiation oncology
  • Participate in departmental meetings, tumor boards, and conferences
  • Provide guidance and education to patients and their families regarding treatment options and potential side effects
Requirements
  • Medical degree and valid license as a Consultant/Specialist Radiation Oncologist
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating cancer patients using radiation therapy
  • Strong knowledge of radiation oncology principles, practices, and treatment modalities
  • Proficiency in using advanced radiation therapy equipment and treatment planning systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills to develop precise treatment plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
