NES is urgently hiring for a well-known Oil & Gas Company Based in Qatar, the vacancy is for Digital Systems Specialist Candidates based in UK and EUROPE are preferred. Qualifications: ⢠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are preferred. ⢠Proven experience working in digital systems roles, with at least 7 years of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing digital solutions in a corporate environment. ⢠Strong technical expertise in digital systems and technologies, including IoT platforms, data analytics tools, cloud computing, and digital twin technologies. ⢠Experience with system integration and interoperability, including API integration, data exchange protocols, and middleware platforms. ⢠Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and identify innovative solutions to drive business value. ⢠Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. ⢠Experience working in the energy or industrial sector is a plus. Key Job Accountabilities: Lead the development and implementation of digital systems and solutions, including but not limited to IoT platforms, data analytics tools, and digital twin technologies, to support business operations and enhance efficiency. ⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system architectures, and design solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements. ⢠Manage the deployment and integration of digital systems with existing IT infrastructure and business processes, ensuring seamless operation and interoperability. ⢠Monitor and analyze digital system performance and usage metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement, and implementing measures to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance. ⢠Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on digital system design, implementation, and best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. ⢠Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital systems and solutions, and make recommendations for technology adoption and innovation to drive business value. ⢠Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures for digital systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. ⢠Provide training and support to end-users on digital systems and tools, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize digital solutions to support their business processes.With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
