A newly deluxe four stars hotel situated atthe heart of Doha. Sapphire Plaza Hotel is a convenient and deluxechoice for business and family travelers.The RoleYourresponsibilities will include:Developing an event strategy androadmap to execute events that boost business development andcustomer relationship building.Leading, planning and executingevents of different scales in various formats.Overseeing andcoordinating the activities of staff, subcontractors and vendorsand other logistical details to successfully execute all aspects ofevents.Ensuring event spend is within budget and negotiating withsuppliers to ensure return on spend is maximised.Tracking postevent feedback to measure effectiveness against event goals.IdealProfileYou have at least 1-2 years' experience ideally inEvent Planning / Event Management within Hospitality, Leisure,Travel industry.You are a strong planner with excellent projectmanagement, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Experiencewithin would be a strong advantage.You enjoy finding creativesolutions to problemsYou are a strong team player who can managemultiple stakeholdersYou are a strong networker &relationship builderWhat's on Offer?LeadershipRoleFantastic work cultureOpportunity within a company with a solidtrack record of performance
