Profile Middle East is a service provider with more than 20 years of experience in the market which specializes in Technical Field and HR Consultancy Services in the Industrial Sector (Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning) with our focus on the Middle East region and a worldwide presence. We are currently selecting for PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER Ref code: CR_2310-154_ Project Control Manager MISSION: Experienced and strategic-thinking Project Control Manager with a proven track record in overseeing financial management and control for complex Oil & Gas projects. TASKS:
- Leading the development of comprehensive project budgets, collaborating closely with project managers to ensure alignment with project objectives;
- Overseeing budget planning and allocation for various project phases and activities;
- Implementing robust cost tracking and analysis systems to monitor project expenditures against established budgets;
- Conducting regular cost analysis and variance assessments, identifying areas for potential cost-saving opportunities;
- Generating accurate and timely cost forecasts, providing reliable projections of project expenses and potential deviations from budgeted figures;
- Preparing comprehensive cost reports for project managers, highlighting key financial metrics and trends;
- Implementing and managing Earned Value Management systems to track project performance and progress;
- Providing regular reports to project teams, enabling informed decision-making;
- Evaluating and processing change orders, assessing their impact on project costs and schedules;
- Ensuring that change orders are documented, approved, and incorporated into the overall project budget;
- Identifying potential financial risks and uncertainties that may impact project budgets and profitability;
- Developing and implementing strategies for mitigating financial risks, ensuring financial stability;
- Overseeing accurate and timely invoicing to clients, adhering to project milestones and contractual terms;
- Monitoring and tracking payment status, following up on any outstanding invoices to maintain healthy cash flow;
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, financial reporting standards, and contractual obligations related to project control;
- Preparing and submitting financial reports as required by regulatory authorities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 10+ years of experience managing complex EPC Oil & Gas projects.
- Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE;
- Contract Duration: Long-term;
- Working schedule: 9 hours x 5 days;
- Starting date: November 2023.
