Overview / Responsibilities

  • Run OTL (Oracle) reports and prepare weekly timesheets and facilitate the relevant approvals.
  • Prepare complex reports and slides in presentable formats.
  • Coordinate overtime pre-approvals.
  • Coordinate Manual TS as per the requirement.
  • Issue weekly manhour booking details to the team.
  • Maintain PO register and Document POs issued.
  • Create Projects and booking codes in Oracle international/OTL.
  • Preparation of PAAFs, submit for approvals and maintain PAAF register updates.
  • Archive all the approved PAAFs, CVs, CTRs and relevant project documentations.
  • Assist in updating organization charts.
  • Review expense claims and coordinate the approvals.
  • Provide induction to new joiners on time writing procedures.
  • Provide support to Planners and Cost controller
Skills / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Graduate Degree Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience of working in the Middle East would be an advantage
  • Role-Specific Skills:
  • Previous Oil & Gas industry experience.
  • Experience with detailed Engineering and Consultancies
