For more information, please visit our website www.qterminals.com.Compensation and Benefits SpecialistWe are looking for a pro-active, highly skilled and data-driven Compensation and Benefits Specialist who can manage and execute compensation and benefits (related) programs, activities and projects for the Head Office and the various Business Units. The role is based in the Head Office of QTerminals in Doha, Qatar, and reports to the Group Diversity Director.Main Job Responsibilities:Develop, evaluate and modify Compensation and Benefits related Policies and ProceduresConduct salary benchmarks and develop pay-scales and matrixes for various Business Units.Act as a custodian for the Job Evaluation process including grading of new positions.Maintain QTerminals Job Description Library and check consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures.Collaborate with HR partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including job grading, job evaluations, incentive programs and the application of HR policies in practise.Design and administer employee benefits programs and develop rewards strategies encompassing salaries, allowances, incentives, and variable pay.Analyse and advise on staff planning and organizational structures and development.Prepare and consolidate annual Staff Plan budgets and prepare presentations.Analyse (global) HR data and develop and maintain HR data-dashboards.Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR policies to ensure compliance.To be successful in this role you should have:Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.A least 6 years proven experience in a Compensation and Benefit role.Familiarity with HR policy development and implementation.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Data-driven and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.Highly skilled in Power BI, Excel and compensation management softwareDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in English.Employment conditions:We offer you the opportunity to develop yourself in an ambitious international business environment.
