Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors' degree in a relevant field

• 5 years' experience implementing or managing web sites or intranets

• Experience presenting analytics in a format that non-technical personnel's can understand

• Demonstratable background in social media support both technical and end user/browser aspects

Personal & Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of the principles of Usability and User Experience

• Strong understanding of the principles of Information Architecture design for intranets

• High level of comfort with social software and other web-based technologies

• Keen interest in technology-driven innovation

• Excellent organizational and project management experience

• Basic understanding of the components of common web technology (HTML, CSS, Javascript) (preferred)

• Experience in design/web design (preferred)

• Strong communication ability (oral and written)

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude yet practical mind
