Summary: The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company's social media platforms. He/she will implement social media best practices across all social media channels. He/she will participate in the data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve the company's social media practices over time. He/ she will be creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.

Functions:

Your duties will consist of but will not be limited to:

1. Monitor competition and their marketing strategy (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).

2. Promote That's Living brands through all marketing platforms and media channels and ensure that our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing effort (e.g.: events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material), and is sensitive to local cultures and cultural preferences.

3. Create and propose posts, ideas to promote our products on the Instagram and the other social media daily and add the necessary comments with the assistance of Marketing Department.

4. Monitor social media posts and web content.

5. Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity.

6. Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.

7. Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.

8. Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.

9. Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.

10. Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.

11. Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.

12. Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.

13. Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.

14. Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers by hosting events.

Skills:

· Passion for social media as a communications tool

· Experience using various analytics software.

· Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

· Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.

· Strong listening and communication skills.

· The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

· Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

Social Media Specialist: 5 years (Required)

Retail: 2 years (Required)
