Developand manage paid advertising campaigns on major platforms likeGoogle Ads Facebook Ads Instagram Ads and LinkedInAds.Conductindepth audience research and targeting to reach the rightpotential buyers andrenters.Createand test compelling ad copy visuals and landing pages for optimalconversionrates.Monitorcampaign performance analyze data and make datadriven optimizationsto improve campaignefficiency.Stayupdated on the latest trends and best practices in paid media anddigitalmarketing.Reporton campaign results and metrics to keystakeholders.Maintaincampaign budgets and ensurecosteffectiveness.Collaboratewith the marketing team and other departments to achieve overallmarketinggoals.RequirementsBachelorsdegree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a relatedfield.Minimumof35years of experience in paid media advertising preferably within thereal estateindustry.Proventrack record of success in delivering results through paidadvertisingcampaigns.Strongunderstanding of Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram Ads and LinkedInAdsplatforms.Experiencewith conversion tracking and analytics tools (e.g. Google AnalyticsFacebookPixel).Excellentdata analysis and interpretationskills.Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.Abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously and meetdeadlines.Fluencyin English and Arabic ispreferred.BenefitsOpportunityto work on a variety of exciting projects andcampaigns.Collaborativeand resultsoriented workenvironment.Opportunityto contribute to the growth and success of a leading real estatecompany inQatar.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Strong time management andorganizational skills. Attention to detail and a commitment toquality. Experience with marketing principles and best practices isa plus.
