Brunel is now present inwith over and close to Your Tasks FEED Contract administration• Administer the NFS Pipelines FEED contract to ensurethat contract administration contributes to meeting the FEEDobjectives and strategies. Coordinate with the FEED contractor toensure that the work is delivered in full compliance with thecontractual obligations; • Administers all contractmanagement processes for the assigned FEED package and providecontracting support across the FEED project team including thepreparation of all letters, the review of all change orderrequests, the early identification of all potential contractvariations and the contract administration for variations relatedto the contracts; • Ensure commercial and contractualcorrespondence with the FEED contractor are efficiently handled.Long Lead items Procurement & Contracts administration:• Participate in the procurement of all Long Lead Items,in coordination with the supply and Legal department; •Ensure the day to day contracts administration of all long leaditems package until their effective novation to the EPCIContractor. ITT preparation and follow up until EPCI Contractaward: • Support development of multiple Cost / Scheduledriven Contracting Scenarios for Input into the contractingstrategy workshops; • Develop Bid Evaluation Plans,Procedures and Models for evaluating Technical Bid and Price Bids;• Participate, in close cooperation with Company supplydepartment, in the contractual review of the prequalificationdossiers and the selection of bidders; • Prepare andvalidate the bid documents by preparing the commercial contents andobtaining the technical contents for contractual review. After EPCIContract Award: • Manage the global contractual dailyrequirements, including the preparation of all letters andpreparation of all change orders. reporting of claim and variationprogress; • Handle contractor claims effectively and toresolve issues on behalf of Company; • Endeavor tomaintain a clear and fair communication with the EPCI Contractor.Your Profile • Bachelor of Science in Engineering,Engineering Technology or Business Administration with relevantexperience; • Proven experience in contract formulationand contracts management activities, across a broad range of FEEDand/or EPC contracts coupled with a working knowledge ofengineering practices in oil and gas industry; • 10 yearsof relevant work experience in the area of contracting andadministration of major FEED and/or EPC contracts, preferably foroffshore scopes.
