Oversee the daily operations ofthe Asaya Spa Lounge including scheduling training and performancemanagement of the spastaff Ensure that all spatreatments and services are delivered to the highest standardsmeeting or exceeding guest expectations Maintaina clean and organized spa lounge including treatment roomsrelaxation areas and amenities Monitor inventorylevels and order supplies as needed Develop andmaintain positive relationships with guests providing personalizedservice and addressing any concerns or issuesCollaborate with other departments to promote and market spaservices to guests Conduct regular team meetingsand training sessions to ensure all staff are uptodate on spaservices and procedures Assist with creating andimplementing special promotions and packages to attract new guestsand retain current clients Handle guestcomplaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professionalmanner Adhere to all company policies andprocedures including health and safetyregulations Continuously strive to improve andenhance the guest experience at the Asaya SpaLoungeQualifications: Minimumof 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a spaor hospitality setting Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills Strong organizationaland timemanagement abilities Knowledge of spatreatments and services Ability to work in afastpaced environment and handle multiple taskssimultaneously Customer service oriented with astrong attention to detail Proficient inMicrosoft Office and spa management softwareMust be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends andholidays Must be able to stand for extendedperiods of time and lift up to 25 poundsWe offera competitive salary and benefits package along with opportunitiesfor growth and development within the company.
