Teach business education programto the students of assigned classes.Monitorstudent's disruptive behaviour inside and outside theclassroom and report to administrationimmediately.Assess student academicperformance regularly and provide them guidance and feedback foracademic success.Prepare and maintainstudent's academic assessment reports for institutionalpurposes.Develop an organized instructionalplan to provide good learning experience for thestudents.Ensure that the learning materialsare clear, complete and accurate.Work with theschool staff and external professionals to develop creative andinnovative instructional activities.Attendeducational workshops, professional development trainings and otherprofessional growth activities.Contribute andtake part in student activities, social events and staffmeetings.Communicate regularly with theparents about the progress of thestudent.Manage instructional assistants andstudent volunteers when needed.Work with thecounsellors, librarians and other teaching staffs to conduct schoolrelated activities.
