So, let's discuss how our flexible and remote working policies can support your priorities.Role SummaryThe AMEA (Asia, Middle East & Africa) and India regions of AtkinsRéalis are experiencing a period of rapid growth which requires the mobilisation of talent from within the wider organisation into the regions. We are therefore seeking to appoint an experienced, motivated and results driven global mobility business partner to help drive success in the region.Reporting to the Vice President Total Reward, this role will oversee global mobility activity for the AMEA and India regions of AtkinsRéalis. The incumbent will be based in Bangalore, India and will support the business to determine mobilisation strategies for the region.Role AccountabilitiesUnderstand regional business talent strategy, execution plans and challenges.Provide subject matter advice, consultancy & education to business leaders and HR to:Evaluate project and talent mobility requirements.Define sustainable, timely and affordable mobilisation strategies.Translate these strategies into actionable mobilisation frameworks.Provide market practice and insights to influence business decisions & strategy.Participate as global mobility subject matter expert on Region HR leadership teams.Working with the mobility operations teams guide and support mobilisations into the regions.Build trusted relationships with Region Leadership, HR & Finance & other stakeholders.Skills & AttributesDemonstrable experience in a global mobility business partnering role in the AMEA region.Strong commercial understanding and the ability to build a compelling business case.A great communicator with strong networking, presentation and influencing capability.A solid understanding of global and regional mobility programmes and mobility governance frameworks.Proven project management and change management capability.Digitally savvy with a strong understanding of HR and mobility systems.Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.Experience of working with, managing, and leveraging mobility vendors.Demonstrable resilience with the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously in a fast-changing environment.Educated to degree level; CIPD and/or mobility/reward qualifications would be advantageous.What We Can Offer You:Varied, interesting and meaningful work.A hybrid working environment with flexibility and great opportunities.Opportunities for training and career progression.An opportunity to work within a large global multi-disciplinary consultancy.Why work for AtkinsRéalis?We at AtkinsRéalis are committed to developing its people both personally and professionally.
