Job Purpose

Markets and negotiates the sale of Saudi crude oil in an assigned area of responsibility,

Responsibilities

(A) Identifies crude sales opportunities and develops markets for Saudi crude oil.

(B) Makes contacts with potential buyers and in conjunction with more Senior Marketing Analysts, develops and negotiates price, delivery, quality and quantity terms for term, spot or incremental sales of Saudi crudes.

(C) Maintains relationships with existing clients, and discusses necessary cutbacks in contracted deliveries to meet quota requirements and discusses possible client increases in nominations at times when the quota is not in effect.

(D) Assists in the coordination of all preliminary phases of crude oil sales contracts, such as the preparation of contract draft.

(E) Coordinates with the Forecasting & Scheduling personnel to ensure that customer's crude delivery requirements are met.

Education & Experience Requirements

(A) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Engineering.

(B) Nine (9) years progressive, relevant experience in the oil marketing, sales, trading, oil supply field, or other related industry experience.
