Job DescriptionThe PositionReporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales of pharmaceuticals in the field of neurology in the KSA market and you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales for the products in the selected portfolio. You will engage with target customers (specialists) to create sustainable value to patients and healthcare through accessible and innovative solutions. Parts of customer visits in this role can be done remotely.ResponsibilitiesBuild or maintain partnerships with targeted customers and ensure customer satisfaction, trust & loyalty to selected Organon products.Responsible and accountable for achieving or exceeding sales results regarding the assigned portfolio of products reporting to the Sales Lead.Create and maintain strong partnerships and trust for short term and long-term value, drive customer satisfaction and loyalty to Organon through a deep understanding of each customer's values and needs.Manage interactions with targeted customers that are meaningful, up-to-date, scientifically valuable, and relevant to each individual customer (customized/ tailored) based upon an understanding of their needs.Understand customer needs related to patient management.Ensure appropriate and professional SL management in close collaboration with medical affairs and marketing teams to provide relevant information to customers and build lasting relationships.Maintain the stature of an Organon professional through one's behavior in accordance with established company practices, policies, and standards.Required Education, Experience and Skills Bachelor's or higher education in related fieldLicensed Pharmacist ( as per market )At least 2 years in KSA of successful work experience in the pharmaceutical field service as an Sales Representative with strong sales record.Experience in specialty care preferred.Experience in communicating complex medical and pharmacological information on products and therapeutic concepts.Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.Willingness to undertake independent and proactive professional training.Strong communication skills, high motivation and enjoyment of networking & strong sociability with a professional appearance.Independent, solution- and result-oriented working style with a high level of self-motivation.Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
