وصفWe are looking for Purchasing Specialist for our Restaurant in Doha.Establishing foreign and domestic suppliers.Ø Negotiating the lowest prices.Ø Administering online purchasing system.Ø Acquiring materials and other /structuring product contracts.Ø Studying sales records and inventory level.Ø Placing orders and checking shipment/ controlling departmental budgets.Ø Appraising products services./ Approval suppliers.Ø Assist the purchasing manager./ Negotiating the lowest prices.Ø Coordinating to the production and to the operation/project manager for acquiring their needs.Ø Coordination with the store on the inventory stock.Ø Maintain professional relationship with vendorsØ Monitor stock movement and maintain cyclic inventory flowØ Ensure smooth communication between the inventory section, the sales team and finance groupØ Responsible for inventory KPI as per inventory management standardsØ Monitor market trends and competitor strategiesRequirementQatar Driving Silences Must.Experience in Food & beverage purchasing.Salary will be discuss during the Interview.Ability to commute/relocate:Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
