Title SR. MARKETER (LPG)

Primary Purpose of Job Origination, marketing and sales (or purchase) of petroleum products representing the front face for QP (QPSPP) to global clients.

Education • Bachelor's degree in the field of Business/Commerce (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc) or in the field of Engineering (with relevant experience in marketing and sales).

Experience & Skills • At least 10-12 years of professional work experience with 8 - 10 years of experience in petroleum commodity marketing, trading and/or sales management, customer relationship management and managing/directing commercial operations. Preferably with a mid to large size organization in the energy industry. • Marketing and trading of petroleum commodities, sales and client-relationship management must be demonstrated in previous jobs and/or assignments. • Value-add contributions through marketing and trading must be demonstrated in previous jobs and/or assignments. • Customer service / client-relationship focus role must be demonstrated in previous jobs and/or assignments. • Experience in origination of new clients and/or markets. • Experience in commercial risk and risk management. • Experience in financial controls and business controls. • Experience in commercial agreement negotiations and implementation. • Expert in products' qualities and value in quality differences. • Innovative skills in finding solutions to meet clients' commercial demands and to find new means to extract additional value. • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of international the Oil and Gas industry. • Knowledge of product value chain and areas in commercial agreements where further value can be extracted and where value must be protected. • Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to sales and marketing planning activities. • Excellent negotiation skills. Strong ability to conclude deals with clients and finalize sales agreements. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. • Strong computer literacy skills, including being strongly experienced with MS Excel and SAP-based applications. • Strong analytical skills. • Knowledge and respect for the Code of Conduct. • High standard of personal integrity.
