JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a Governance Director to join their team in advancing social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia as part of Vision 2030. As a part of this joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA inspires excellence in its employees and provides a collaborative approach to solving complex issues. As Governance Director, you would be responsible for overseeing and ensuring effective governance of JASARA's programs, projects, and operations. This role plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with internal and external requirements, fostering transparency and accountability, and supporting the achievement of program objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for JASARA's programs and projects, ensuring alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the identification, assessment, and management of risks and issues related to governance, ensuring effective mitigation and resolution measures are in place.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, clients, and partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on governance matters.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of governance processes, practices, and controls, and provide recommendations for improvement to senior leadership and relevant committees.
  • Lead the development and delivery of governance training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
  • Coordinate and support audits and reviews conducted by internal and external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate provision of documents and information.
  • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to governance and ensure that JASARA's policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and support to program and project teams on governance-related matters, including contract compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
