Qualified applicants will have hands-on SEO, WebAnalytics (GA/GTM Implementation) and PPC experience. The DigitalMarketing Specialist is expected to be an advocate and go-to expertfor a wide range of digital marketing-related activities, projectsand initiatives spanning SEO (On-site, On-site, Technical andContent), PPC, and Paid Social. The ideal candidate should beobsessed about optimizing cost per lead and client acquisition viadigitalmarketing.Responsibilities Strategize, plan, andexecute SEO, pay-per-click and social media marketing campaignsCraft and manage PPC campaigns inGoogle, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), LinkedIn, Facebook,etc.Define content development,syndication, distribution, and link-buildingstrategiesDraft detailed SEO site audits andreports through a technical, content and off-site lens to ensurethat they consistently adhere to SEO bestpracticesAnalyze and translate data from webanalytics into actionableplansDaily and weekly reporting andcommunication regarding campaign development, timelines, analysis,and results.Manage digital advertising budgetand spend, including bidmanagementExecute bid changes based on pacingand performanceContinuous analysis of paid searchcampaigns to identify potential opportunities, providingrecommendations for optimization through ad copy, keywords, adgroups, targeting, bidding, and landingpages.Monitor SEO performance by utilizingSEO tools such as SEMRush, Search Console, Google Analytics andGoogle Data Studio.Conduct ongoing keyword research toapply a customer-first lens to marketing initiatives; use theseinsights to support strategic and tactical recommendations acrossclients digitalecosystemsMaintain and manage search tools toidentify site issues and collaborate with the development team toresolve defectsEnsure alignment between paid searchand organic searchstrategiesAdvise on content types, topics, andkeywords to explore to maximize clients searchrankingsProvide training to others in theorganization on issues important toSEOConstantly monitor and communicatechanges in industry trends and search engine algorithms bothinternally and toclients.
