Our Chemical client based in Qatar is looking to hire a "Methanol and Utility Process Controller", to work alongside the Methanol Shift Engineer.   The incumbent is required to monitor and control the assigned production area of methanol & utility complex from the control room through DCS comprising of highly sophisticated and computerized control system. Constantly visualize, diagnose and operate micro processing electronic control system which govern the methanol and utility production process to ensure optimum production level, product quality, plant safety and reliability.     Job Responsibilities:   1. Panel Operation   2. Plant Emergency Role 3. Policies and Procedures 4. Safety, Quality & Environment   Qualifications and Experience   1. Graduate from technical school, Graduate in Science from university 2. Formal Training in DCS operation and work permit system in desirable 3. 10 years relevant plant operational experience ( DCS control system) in a large Methanol or Ammonia Plant.   4. Minimum 4 years experience as independant Panel Operation of large size of Methanol & Utility production process Required Skill 1. Understanding of all relevant operational processes involved in various units of Methanol & Utility production process 2. Knowledge of policies and procedures 3. Understanding of relevant operational control limits and tolerances related to world size Methanol plant 4. Awareness of Health and Safety systems 5.
