Ensure safety on site is inconformity with Project procedures so pre-commissioning activitiesare safe and liaise with Company HSE onsite.Project Commissioning responsible todevelop in detailed Pre-commissioning preparation activities waterflushing, air-blowing, re-instatement, tightness test, inserting,fire water, deluge system functional test, flare header in service,Fuel oil & gas, air, & steam utilities in service,Rotating equipment functional tests, Vessels & Columninspection loading of catalysts and chemicals, supporting to vendoractivities & Final inspection beforebox-up.Technical review in detail of allContractor Pre-commissioning engineeringdocuments.Supervise Contractor commissioningactivities on site offshore & monitor the scheduleprogress.Close out of Punch points, test runwith nitrogen, cold dry out, hot dry out to remove moisture fromsystem, vacuuming, Inventorying of hydrocarbons, removal ofnitrogen through vent to flare, Dry out ofhydrocarbons.Supervision and witnessing ofonshore Mechanical Commissioning/commissioning activities withoutincidents.
