Job details
The Project Execution Director will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple renewable energy projects, including three solar photovoltaic (PV) plants, one green hydrogen plant, and possibly one to two wind plants in the UAE. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy project management, with experience in solar PV, green hydrogen, and wind energy projects. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in renewable energy project management & execution, with a focus on solar PV, green hydrogen, and wind energy projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale renewable energy projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards in the renewable energy industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional project teams.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is desirable but not required.
