We in Kanoo Travel are looking for a dynamic and a highly motivated personality holding the position of a Sr. Travel Consultant- AMEX to be based in Dubai. As a Sr. Travel Consultant at American Express, specializing in Centurion and Platinum Card Members, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional travel experiences and personalized service to our most valued clients. This role requires expertise in luxury travel arrangements, attention to detail, and the ability to exceed the expectations of discerning travelers. Job Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship: Serve as the primary contact for Centurion and Platinum Card Members, providing personalized travel consultation and concierge services tailored to their individual preferences and needs.
- Trip Planning: Assist clients in planning and booking all aspects of their travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, tours, and activities, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.
- Luxury Travel Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury travel destinations, properties, and experiences, offering expert advice and recommendations to enhance the client's journey.
- VIP Treatment: Coordinate VIP amenities, room upgrades and special requests for clients to create unforgettable moments.
- Problem Resolution: Handle any travel related issues or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency, providing timely assistance and finding solutions to meet the client's needs.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to upsell premium travel services and products, maximizing revenue and profitability while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional value to the client.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow up, and personalized touches, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel consulting, with a focus on luxury travel and high-net-worth clientele.
- Must be flexible with rotational shifts including night shift
- Must have Excellent English communication skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal relation skills and be very customer focused.
- Must have experience in using SABRE-GDS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of luxury travel trends, destinations, and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum educational requirement of a Bachelors / Master’s degree in Travel & Tourism would be preferred.
