GM Solutions is hiring… HR Compliance Officer - Dubai Salary : AED 12,000 - 16,000 Requirement: • UAE Experience is a must. • Candidate must be based in UAE • Good communication in English is required • MBA or Degree in management/HR/accounting. • Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience in a similar inhouse role-automotive/ FMCG/ Retail. The HR Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to human resources. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing guidance to HR and management teams to mitigate risks and maintain ethical and legal HR practices.
