At Eni, we are looking for an ICT Officer within Eni Abu Dhabi B.V. in Abu Dhabi (UAE) . You will be responsible for managing and optimization of company hardware and software. Users troubleshooting and support.
As a member of the ICT department at Eni Abu Dhabi B.V. you will be responsible for :
• Ensure the highest availability of IT services and tools.
• Monitoring Infrastructure and the networking status.
• Assist in ICT policy implementation and adoption.
• Aid in critical cybersecurity topics.
• Help desk primary support. General troubleshooting of user's problems.
• Installation of standard and company software and common devices.
• Provide support on telecommunication aspect.
• Cooperate with other IT teams in the region offices and in the Head Quarter in Milan.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in ICT
• Fluent in English
• At least 1 years of experience in ICT areas
