Role Overview:
The QHSE Lead is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing the company Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System. The QHSE Lead will be fully responsible for delivering the quality process support and implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioral practices at all levels during the project duration. This position is to provide QHSE guidance to the organisation and supports the operations process to maintain and continually improve the quality process, safety culture and performance in line with the organisation’s needs to comply with business objectives in the short, medium, and long terms and in accordance with the terms of our customer contracts.What you'll do:
- Monitor and improve the Quality, Health, Safety & Environment objectives, and performance in compliance with local legislation, customer regulations, and company policies
- Liaise and coordinate with Project Managers/Location Managers/Service Managers/Service Team Leaders to ensure compliance with Aggreko’s QHSE policies and QHSE Management System
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- College/Associate degree in related field or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in a related field
- Qualified in either NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or NEBOSH Diploma is required
