Job details

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage interior architecture projects from concept through completion ensuring adherence to project scope budget and timeline.
Develop project plans schedules and budgets in collaboration with the design team and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with consultants contractors vendors and other project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Oversee the selection and procurement of materials finishes and furnishings ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress address issues and ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Maintain strong client relationships addressing client needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated on industry trends best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure design excellence and compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field.
10 years of experience in interior architecture with a proven track record of managing projects in the UAE market.
Strong knowledge of interior design principles materials construction techniques and FF&E procurement processes.
Excellent project management skills including the ability to develop project plans manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Experience working with consultants contractors and other project stakeholders to deliver highquality design solutions.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. AutoCAD Revit MS Project) preferred.
Exceptional communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
