Our Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for realising this ambition across the Middle East region. The aim of the role is simple: to use your recruitment knowledge and skills to deliver Sniperhire on time, on budget, to specification and to the satisfaction of both clients and colleagues. This position is based in our Middle East HQ in Dubai. Extensive travel will be required throughout the region including KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Iraq and with the occasional trip to Asia. You will manage projects and support the company’s business development effort. One of the keys to our success is that each member of the project team has a blend of experience in recruitment, project management and technology, or at least some combination thereof. Any Job Skills What we are after is.... • Hands-on experience of recruitment and the ability to analyse and map processes • Experience in all areas of the recruitment cycle. i.e. manpower planning, requisition, vacancy advertising, candidate screening, shortlisting, interviews, offer management and on-boarding • At least 2-3 years hands on experience in recruitment • At least 2 years of experience in a consultancy role • Commercial awareness • Client management / client-facing experience • Excellent organisational abilities What we would really like.... • Extensive In-House recruitment process setup experience • Good understanding of online sourcing and recruitment best practice • Strong experience of delivering training courses • Experience of delivering corporate presentations • Ability to think outside the box Responsibilities Include • Leading and supporting multiple projects in multiple clients and locations concurrently • Supporting business development • User adoption, satisfaction and client retention • Contributing to the development of the Sniperhire product About The Company Offshore Recruitment Services specialise in the recruitment of in all aspects of offshore vacancies for all levels of permanent, temporary and contract positions.
