Tasks
Key Responsibilities: · Ensured legal compliance in property transactions, examining documents and verifying UAE law adherence. · Coordinate seamless property transactions, acting as a liaison among buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and authorities. · Assist in negotiating sale terms, drafting contracts, and advising clients on risks and obligations. · Stay updated on UAE property laws, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.Requirements
What We Are Looking For: · Minimum of 2 years of proven Real Estate sales experience. · Proven track record of closed sales. · Fluency in English. · Social Media Guru. · Self-motivated with a growth mindset. · Valid UAE Driving License. · Authentic and ethical approach. · Exceptional customer focus. · Must be available in the UAE.Benefits
