Accounts and Office Administrator Position

Job Description 

1) In charge of Brewbaker Head Office 

2) Warm, friendly, motivated and most importantly a self-starter who can work independently 

3) Highly skilled in MS OFFICE, Vend software as well Xero and cloud based systems  

4) Act as personal assistant to the F&B team 

5) Ordering of both office & kitchen supplies as well as anticipating needed items 

6) Updating monthly staff attendance in requirements for payroll 

7) Identify, rectify and report office equipment malfunctions 

8) Raise purchase requests for administration supplies  

9) Handle and follow up all shipment orders 

10) Administer all weekly incoming and outgoing mail 

11) Manage all office related issues and requested HR tasks 

12) Manage all visa requests for new hires, renewals, transfers and visa cancellations in Dubai Immigration  

13) Ensure all personnel files are accurate and updated (visas, EID, passports, etc.) 

14) Administer the on-boarding of new employees 

15) Anticipate and manage the renewal of the company trade licence and establishment card etc 

16) Health insurance renewal support 

17) Support outlet team in ad hoc requests and event tasks 

18) Inputting and assisting with monthly and annual inventory  

19) Invoicing for retail, wholesale and catering 

20) Cash handling of daily market shopping 

21) Petty cash weekly expenses  

Qualifications  • University degree  • Professional experience, preferably administrative within a Food and Beverage background  • Excellent presentation  • Flexibility and positive attitude
