The role involves handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, managing check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities Guest Interaction: Welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.Provide accurate information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions.Front Desk Operations: Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.Manage room assignments and handle booking modifications or cancellations as needed.Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions.Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.Coordination with Teams: Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant departments.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms and facilities meet guest expectations.Administrative Tasks: Update guest profiles in the system and maintain accurate records.Assist in preparing reports related to guest services and occupancy.Skills and Qualifications Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.Experience: Previous experience in guest services or a similar role is preferred.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in software would be preferred.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.Language: Arabic and English is required; additional languages are an advantage.Key Attributes Team-oriented and proactive.High levels of professionalism and confidentiality.Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and demands.Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Customer Service Industries Hospitality Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Plaza Premium Group by 2x Get notified about new Guest Service Officer jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates 9 hours ago Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates 16 hours ago We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
