About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an UAE National, Manager – Project Services to join the Architecture and Spatial Design team at Jumeirah Group & Corporate . The main duties include: Supporting the implementation of consistent design and aesthetics across properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards and luxury guest experiences. Assisting with design activities, renovations, and new developments by coordinating between internal teams, designers, and contractors. Monitoring project budgets and resource allocations to support cost-effective execution without compromising quality or timelines. Contributing to planning and layout reviews to ensure functional, efficient, and brand-compliant designs. Conducting site inspections and tracking progress to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Assisting in reporting, vendor management, and post-project reviews to refine processes and improve outcomes. About you: The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding of design principles and construction processes, and experience with presentation software. Over 3 years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector. Experience managing design projects from concept to completion, with a proven track record of success. Strong problem-solving, leadership, creativity, attention to detail, and team management skills.
