The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Oversee housekeeping attendants, ensure cleaning standards, manage master keys, equipment maintenance, and handle guest complaints.Liaise with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to ensure room readiness, maintenance scheduling, and special requests are handled efficiently.Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.Supervise staff punctuality, uniform standards, service quality, welfare, and conduct regular performance appraisals.Develop and monitor training plans, ensure monthly training hours are met, and promote continuous professional development.Maintain accurate departmental records, manage document control, support departmental planning, and follow up on outstanding matters.About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements.Minimum 2 years in a junior management housekeeping role at a 5-star hotel; guest-facing department experience is an advantage.Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hotel Management.Fluent in English, both oral and written.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud) and Hot So S.Aboutthe Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
