Reporting to the Director of the Core Curriculum Program (CCP), a full-time Academic Program Support Specialist works closelywith the CCP Director and will assist with all aspects of program operations,including program enhancement activities, course proposals, curricular mapping,benchmarking, course and faculty scheduling, communications with internal andexternal stakeholders, updating policies, conducting literature search asneeded, implementation of CCP action goals and objectives, faculty recruitment,committees and budget planning. **Qualifications**: MA in a relevant field with relevant work experience Proficiency in written and spoken English Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic Excellent interpersonal skills, teaching skills and in dealing with students At least three (3) years’ experience in higher education Excellent coordination, planning and organizational skills Ability to build good rapport with a variety of students, faculty and student advisors or counselors Service oriented attitude, flexible, patient and creative Required Documents **Non Academic**: 1.
