Building Future-Ready Workforces in the UAE Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reservations & Customer Service Manager to lead the end-to-end reservations and customer service function within a premium golf environment. This full-time role involves managing a high-volume booking process, maintaining world-class service standards, and driving team performance and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial experience , a background in European Destination Management Companies (DMCs) , and a proven track record working within the golf or luxury hospitality industry . Key Responsibilities: Golf Reservations & Revenue Coordination Lead the reservations team in delivering accurate, efficient bookings for golf rounds, packages, and experiences Optimize reservation systems, policies, and service workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy Monitor booking trends and work closely with the operations and revenue teams to align pricing and tee sheet utilization Conduct regular training sessions focused on upselling techniques and golf-specific service delivery Build and manage relationships with key partners including travel agents, tour operators, and golf-focused DMCs Customer Service & Guest Relations Oversee a team of customer service agents, ensuring professional handling of inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests Act as the escalation point for high-value or sensitive service issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer retention Foster a culture of proactive guest support, ownership, and solution-oriented service Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to continuously enhance guest experience Collaborate with internal departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled seamlessly Manage team schedules, workloads, and daily operations to ensure adequate coverage and responsiveness Set performance KPIs, monitor targets, and conduct ongoing coaching and development sessions Review team structure and processes to enhance productivity and service delivery Support administrative functions such as payroll coordination and shift planning Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within reservations or customer service Proven experience working in a European DMC , preferably with golf, luxury leisure, or hospitality clients Solid understanding of golf operations , tee time management, and guest expectations within the golf tourism sector Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a hands-on, team-focused approach Ability to multitask under pressure and make smart, service-driven decisions Proficient in reservation software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages (Arabic or European) are an advantage Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development Industries Golf Courses and Country Clubs, Travel Arrangements, and Hospitality Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Confidential Jobs by 2x Get notified about new Relationship Manager jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates .
