Description
Responsibilities Manage travel arrangements as required for internal and external clients: Planning and managing travel arrangements such as hotel bookings, airline flights, ground transportation as per company travel policy for internal clients travelling on business trips.Handle emails and telephone calls within the agreed service agreement.Maintain and update the Sales Report in all services for both internal and external clients for Travel Billing Report purposes.Accurately prepare shift handover and communicate and brief the next shift colleagues.Process payment and forward all related invoices to the Finance Department, communicating any discrepancies or disputes.Ensure all hotel and ground transportation proposals are materialized with zero lost bookings.Maintain commission and refund records for accounting purposes.Escalate customer complaints to the Operations Manager.Safeguard Travel System credentials and database.Maintain and update the client instructions database and folders.Safeguard Trinetium and clients' passports and important documents.Responsible for pre-flight and post-flight monitoring.Report all technical issues of the Golden Ring platform to the Technical Support team.Influence decisions by providing feasible options to all operational units to enhance and improve performance in order to meet set standards.Coordinate and collaborate with Technical Support, Commercial & Finance.Experience At least 2 years’ experience working in a travel environment.Proven experience in a well-known travel agency.Experience in airline ticketing and hotel booking.Qualifications Travel experience and knowledge of booking systems and loyalty programs in the travel industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
