Leads the contracting activities of theProject Management Team in ITT issuance, EPC contract execution,and coordinates inputs with legal and other key project groups/PMTfunctions as neededPreparing ITT packages and coordinating the bidprocess with Procurement, Integration and Legal.Prepare, developand manage EPC contract/contract documentation includingcoordination of full contract scope determinationEvaluate the EPCcontractor's technical bid and make appropriaterecommendations to the shareholders regarding acceptance ofcontract terms and conditions.Manage the EPC contract, document andrecord all changes, progress measurements, payments, claimsmanagement, bond/warranty monitoring, preparation of contractamendments and contract closure.Assist in the review andnegotiation of project change requests submitted by the EPCcontractor.Take the lead in preparing contractual responses for theEPC contractor.
