Job SummaryThe main purpose of the job is to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mental, emotional, and behavioural disorders.Job Responsibilities 1Interview patients to understand their complaints and symptoms.Interview patients to understand their complaints and symptomsStudy patients' medical histories and consult with other doctorsProvide consultation, care, and treatment for women before, during, and after their pregnanciesDeliver babies by employing the necessary methods to protect the health of the mother and childPerform examinations to diagnose diseases and disordersTreat diseases in organs and other parts of the bodyWhen surgery is warranted, advise the patient of the procedure's benefits and risksJob Responsibilities 2Organize health-promotion and disease-prevention programs in hospitals and other institutionsTake part in research studies involving medical techniques, treatments, and drugsMonitors and evaluates treatment results.Assures quality and safe service for patients and staff by enforcing policies, procedures, standards, rules, and legal regulations; participating in utilization reviews; and remaining available for emergency consultations.Maintains historical records by documenting symptoms, medications, and treatment events and writing summaries.Updates job knowledge by participating in continuing medical educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.SkillsJob Knowledge & Skills• Master's degree/ PHD /Board in the same field from QCHP Approved institutions List.Home Country License• Experience Certificates for minimum 10 Years• Dataflow Verification Report• Evaluation to be submitted• Excellent communication skills.• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively• Excellent management, organization, and time management skill• Fluent in English and in ArabicStrong problem-solving skills• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.Job ExperienceMinimum 10 Years' experienceHigh proficient in the procedure as per the Core and advance QCHP privileges for Obstetrics & Gynecology.Essential Logbook submission for the last 3 to 5 years.CompetenciesCollaborationAccountabilityResilienceQualityLeadershipCreates Strategy - ProficientDrives Performance - ProficientDevelops Future Leaders - ProficientEducationMaster's degreeBachelor's Degree
