Identify business opportunitiesthrough client and candidate engagement and staying abreast ofindustry developmentsExceed clientexpectations by building strong relationships and understandingeach client's organisation and recruitmentneedsManage client roles including writing andplacing job ads, producing weekly mail shots and headhuntingSource, select and match candidateswith appropriate roles, ensuring only the highest qualitycandidates are put forward to clientsArrangeinterviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providingregular communications and feedbackSource andsecure meeting with prospective clients as well as developingexisting relationships
