Responsiblity:Overseeingpersonnel, including receptionists, kitchen staff, and officeemployees.Monitoring employee performance andconducting regular evaluations to help improve customerservice.Collecting payments and maintainingrecords of budgets, funds, andexpenses.Welcoming and registering guests oncethey arrive.Resolving issues regarding hotelservices, amenities, and policies.Organizingactivities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensureproductivity.Creating and applying a marketingstrategy to promote the hotel's services andamenities.Coordinating with external parties,including suppliers, travel agencies, and conferenceplanners.Evaluating hotel performance andensuring compliance with health and safetyrules.Partaking in financial activities,including establishing room rates, setting budgets, and assigningfunds to departments.
