The Rig 1938 is the world's highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.Job DescriptionCluster PR & Communications ExecutiveThis position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the PR department, ensuring effective communication strategies that align with organizational goals. The role will involve supporting the Cluster Director of PR & Communication and the Cluster Media Relations Manager in implementing strategies and activities to promote the hotel and waterpark.Coordinate all public relations activities.
Collaborate with senior management to ensure PR efforts are integrated into the broader marketing and corporate strategy.
Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other materials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate PR efforts with marketing initiatives.
Assist the Cluster Media Relations Manager in related tasks, cultivating new contacts within business and industry media, and organizing and hosting press and media trips.
Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management for continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Public Relations or Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry, waterpark, and/or a similar capacity.
Experience using various analytics software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative PR ideas.
Experience in copywriting for various platforms, including press releases, articles, and promotional materials.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and media monitoring tools.
Self-motivated and energetic.
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
