Job Description:
Support Program/Project Manager in creating and updating project plans, project metrics, compliance and financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate effective communication within the project team as well as stakeholders to strengthen the coordination of project activities
Work closely with project team to ensure accurate and timely update of project data in Project Management System
Coordinates and supports the development and implementation of projects and initiatives of the HR section assigned to
Record project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools
Coordinate and compile external and internal reports through collecting, analyzing and summarizing information from various projects
Liaise with partners, vendors and collaborators on the financial and technical obligation, invoice and payment processes
Complete day-to-day operational tasks related to the projects with accuracy and as per required timelines
Collate data on quality monitoring activities and participate in the evaluation activities to reduce variance Perform other duties as requested.
Assist in routine processes and in establishing frameworks that ensure the quality execution of project management processes
Coordinates with project stakeholders on an on-going basis and provide regular updates
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Masters in Human Resource
HR Experience candidates.
