Good day,

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar roles.

- Fluent in Arabic and English.

- Must have valid QID and NOC

- Must be able to transfer immediately

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

- Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

- Ensuring the principal's calendar is organized and up-to-date.

- Drafting and sending correspondence on behalf of the principal.

- Acting as a liaison between the principal and other individuals or organizations.

- Organizing and maintaining files and documents, both physical and digital.

- Handling expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.

- Managing office supplies and equipment, ordering supplies as needed.

- Taking notes, preparing agendas, and distributing materials for meetings.

- Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

- Ensuring that confidential documents and communications are secure.

- Solving problems efficiently and effectively, whether they are related to scheduling conflicts, communication issues, or other administrative challenges.

- And as needed by Management.

**Experience**:

- Personal Assistant: 3 years (preferred)

- Arabic (preferred)
