Qatar - Onsite - HCM Functional Consultant

Qatar - Onsite - HCM Functional ConsultantDuration:* 3 months (with possibility of extension)Experience Required:* 7-8 yearsPreferred Nationality:* Arabic SpeakerContract Type:* Short-term contract, immediate joiners preferredVisa Requirement:* Candidates must have a valid Qatar visa or husband visaResponsibilities:*Collaborate with clients to understand their human capital management (HCM) needs and requirements.Design and implement HCM solutions using industry-leading software.Configure and customize HCM modules to align with client's business processes.Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HCM system issues.Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in HCM technology.Qualifications:*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.7-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting HCM solutions.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HCM software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Arabic language proficiency preferred.
